I am now a registered agent and installer for the tepeo Zero Emission Boiler (ZEB), an electric storage boiler with smart charging technology.  Tepeo ZEB has been designed as a low-carbon drop-in alternative heat source, which in most cases works without significant alterations to the existing heating system.  It uses smart meter technology to charge up when electricity prices are low, and when generation is mostly by low-carbon sources.  It can be used as a replacement for all types of existing heating, including gas, LPG, oil, and electrically powered systems.  It can be great option if you currently own a GEC Nightstor and are looking for a modern alternative, and is very suitable for smaller or well-insulated medium sized homes.
